Identicom Instant Communications - ADT UK

Help is always close at hand

The Identicom system is flexible and easy to configure to suit the organisation's individual requirements. The initial set up ensures that all potential emergency situations are dealt with accordingly.

Instant communications

'Amber Alert' and 'Red Alert' conditions are set up during the configuration process. All alerts can be sent directly to the ARC (alarm receiving centre).

The 'Amber Alert' communication option is for sending information about a potentially hazardous situation ahead. Subsequently a text message can be automatically sent to any assigned mobile phones and the user is able to send a brief voice message. The ARC can monitor the situation until the 'Amber Alert' is cancelled.

A 'Red Alert' is started with a discreet press of a button at any time, should the user feel their safety is being compromised or when urgent assistance is required. The alert sends text message to any designated mobile phones and activates a voice link to allow the ARC to listen in, record the incident and initiate a predefined escalation process.
