Acquisitions

Periodically ADT acquire other security companies. These acquisitions may include the whole company, in which case that business is completely integrated within ADT, or may just be the taking over of their customers’ contracts.

During any acquisition ADT’s aim is make the change over as seamless and trouble free for the new customers whilst bringing them the benefits of being an ADT customer.
