Telecommuncations Account Project Manager

Job Description,

Reporting to	Support Service General Manager
Main Function	To manage projects on a national basis to achieve both customer and company objectives.

Principle Responsibilities

·	To ensure multi site projects are engineered to a pre determined schedule
·	Monitor installation and service performance
·	Conduct installation and service audits by discipline
·	Communicate project requirements at all levels
·	Ability to provide reports and meet agreed deadlines
·	Ability to evaluate job profitability by Company reporting and analysis
·	Ability to implement and measure key performance indicators
·	Any other duties in line with the post

Knowledge and Requirements

·	Technical knowledge of Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Fire and EAS
·	Knowledge of communication formats and system requirements
·	Experience in cost analysis and SMS an advantage
·	Ability to design applications to meet customers requirements
·	Good general knowledge of industry standards
·	Possess excellent communication skills
·	Excellent presentation skills
·	Excellent time management skills
·	Demonstrate a keen customer focus
·	Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a keen team player in providing support to colleagues at all levels

Additional Information

This positions primary function will be to project manage all aspects of security within the financial sector. You will need to communicate at all levels, be involved in solution design, engineering, manufacture and multi site deployment programmes. This role will require a very high level of personal commitment to ensure success. As with all national accounts positions there are no geographical boundaries so at times you may be required to stay overnight to be able to fulfil the requirements of this role.
