The ADT Sales Team

ADT's Sales team is a fundamental part of the business. We have great brands, geographical reach and a sizeable market presence. In order to continue to grow our business we must ensure we have a talented sales teams who are focused on providing excellent service, inspired propositions and caring account management.

To work for ADT, you'll need a strong personality, good judgement and a passion for finding the best solutions to help our customers thrive in a changing world. You'll be selling ADT's innovative solutions within a competitive marketplace, giving you the chance to develop relationships with senior management throughout the fire and security industries.

The Sales Teams

Are you a closer? Do you have excellent rapport with others? Think creatively? Hungry for success and the rewards it brings? Then you could be the person we need to join our expert sales force. As a member of the sales team you will identify and generate new sales leads, optimising cross-selling opportunities and develop strategic advantage in designated geographical areas.

Our Sales channels are focused to the key customer segments and market opportunities which are:

Consumer

Our Consumer channel focuses on the sale of home security solutions to the end user and is an intergral part of our business. As a Consumer Sales Consultant you will be responsible for generating business opportunities for home secuirity packages and annual monitoring revencue (AMR).

Corporate & Government

Our Corporate sales people work with major blue chip customers which include 89 out of the top 100 retail outlets. As part of the Government sales team you will engage in creating and nurturing central, regional and local government contracts.

Enterprise and Public Sector

Focussed on the distribution, leisure, retail, financial, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Enterprise sales teams focus on the opportunities in health, education and the emergency service including multiple product sales to new customers and exsisting customers.

Public Sector sales teams focus on building long term relationships within Local Governments, Councils, Education, Health Sector, Primary Care Trusts, Police, Fire and Ambulance services, Doctors and Dentists.  

Integrated Solutions

Again, you will need suitable skills to achieve growth, maintain it and develop the agreed route to market in line with company targets and goals. You will deliver expected profit and order and will be involved in identification, negotiation and winning major project opportunities with identified target audience of contractors.

Service Sales

Within Service Sales, you will generate new business within all market sectors, selling opportunities including maintenence of our products. This role requires strong solutions selling skills.
