A single telephone number gives 24-hour, instant access to our National Service Team, who can help with all your engineering requirements, whether they are urgent or routine. They can:

• Arrange a convenient appointment when your next regular inspection visit is due
• Reschedule an appointment if your plans change
• Despatch an engineer at any time of the day or night if you need emergency help.

Our advanced management system can track the location and availability of all on-duty service engineers, matching their individual skills and training with the specification of your system, to ensure you receive the expertise you need.

Nationwide Network of Engineers

One of the keys to our success is the combination of a nationwide resource and localised support through our regional bases. Every ADT installation is backed by a service network of more than 1,000 engineers, providing maintenance and emergency repair 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

BAFE

With life safety it is imperative that engineers are qualified and competent to carry out maintenance effectively, but how do you know this is the case?

ADT are part of the BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) scheme, an independent industry approved accreditation which is your guarantee that we meet the standards set by BAFE.

Established 25 years ago BAFE is a not for profit organisation focussed on improving standards in fire protection. It is supported in its work by a varity of organistions including central government departments, trading standards and the Heath and Safety Executive.

Using BAFE registered firms to provide fire protection ensures that each element from design through to maintenance will be independently third party certificated and that the solution meets the “duty of care responsibility”.
