Working in one of our Customer Support Centre (CSC) teams, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations providing valuable assistance and expertise to our customers throughout the UK and Ireland by answering queries, monitoring services and resolving issues.

There are a range of opportunities available in various departments within the CSC. For example, as a Customer Service Advisor, you could be responsible for booking engineers, arranging annual maintenance checks, and handling police and fire brigade enquiries. Alternatively, you could find yourself as a CCTV Operator, or, an Alarm Receiving Operator, responsible for notifying the key holder and emergency services when an alarm is activated.

The Customer Support Centre is also home to RESOLVE, our dedicated team of telephone based engineers who provide technical support by fault fixing and servicing equipment remotely.
