To help you settle in quickly and provide you with everything you need to do a great job, you’ll be given an introduction to the way we do things at ADT and our company structure, followed by training on IT Systems, Soft and Technical Skills and bespoke training and development tailored to your role.
 
As you grow into your role, we want you to be able to take full ownership of your career and drive your own personal development forward.  You may wish to learn new skills or simply brush up on your existing talents, whatever you want to do our People Development team will be there to support you. It could be through “Performance Matters”, our structured appraisal programme, or via our Learning Management System which offers hundreds of on-line development activities for you to choose from.  Bring us your drive and ambition, and we’ll make sure that you’ll have all the resources you need to have a truly rewarding career with us.

Customer Service Culture Change programmeWe’ve introduced Customer Service Champions and Customer Service weeks in addition to offering people the opportunity to gain a NVQ in Customer Service.

Management DevelopmentOur brand new Management Development programme is accredited by Coventry University and allows Managers to gain a Certificate or Diploma in Professional Studies.

Sales DevelopmentTo ensure the continual development of our Sales Teams, we’ve introduced a brand new measurement tool to evaluate skills and identify further training needs.

Engineer to Sales TeamThis new programme allows us to identify potential sales talent from our engineering teams and offer an intensive induction course to help them change direction.
