ADT was awarded the contract to supply, install and commission a system at Clyde Shopping Centre in Glasgow including CCTV, intruder and fire detection, and PA/VA.

The systems were linked with existing systems in each of the shop units. For the fire system, the main panel included an interface to monitor fire and fault outputs from each of the individual shop panels.

The intruder system was also interfaced with individual shop units, with any alarm activation indicated on the main panel. CCTV and PA/VA covered all of the public areas with a digital video recording system. CCTV cameras were also installed in the car park areas and linked back to the centre’s main control room.
