Existing Customers
You will continue to receive the same level of service as your existing contract without changes to your terms and conditions. Your maintenance plan includes access to and support from our 24 hour Service Bureau together with regular maintenance visits. The telephone number to use is:

You should have already received a letter providing you with your ADT contract number and key ADT telephone numbers.
