We want to give our customers the best service we can and it’s only by listening to them can we find out how well we are doing or where we can improve.

When things go wrong

If something goes wrong when dealing with us, be it a billing error, poor workmanship or a fault not resolved, please tell us. 

For all billing related issues, please contact your local branch direct, click here to find your local branch.  You can register other types of complaints by completing our online complaint form

We will acknowledge your complaint by telephone within one working day and then send a letter/e-mail stating who will be dealing with your complaint and giving you a reference number.

Our aim is to resolve any issues quickly and to our customers' satisfaction.

When we do something right

If you are pleased with the way we have dealt with you please tell us by completing our online compliments form.  We can then copy that way of working elsewhere in ADT.
