How does monitoring work?

• When your alarm is triggered, your ADT monitored home protection system sends us a signal
• Within seconds we will check for false alarms and attempt to contact you
• Your ADT monitored home protection system sends us another confirmation signal, we will check again for false alarms
• If necessary we can alert the police and/or fire brigade
