Your monitored home protection system benefits from round the clock protection by ADT 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your alarm is activated, the ADT Customer Monitoring Centre will receive a message from your residential alarm system.
The way we deal with your emergency is determined by the level of monitoring you have selected for your property.
Platinum and Gold (Emergency Services Alarm Monitoring
- We will contact the emergency services (Police or Fire Service), you and your keyholders to summon help.
- This level of emergency alarm monitoring corresponds to the Police Level 2 or Level 3 of monitored response.
Silver and Bronze (Keyholder Response Monitoring)
