Your monitored home protection system benefits from round the clock protection by ADT 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your alarm is activated, the ADT Customer Monitoring Centre will receive a message from your home protection system.

The way we deal with your emergency is determined by the level of monitoring you have selected for your property.

Platinum and Gold (Emergency Services Alarm Monitoring

  • We will contact the emergency services (Police or Fire Service), you and your keyholders to summon help.
  • This level of emergency alarm monitoring corresponds to the Police Level 2 or Level 3 of monitored response.

Silver and Bronze (Keyholder Response Monitoring)

  • We will contact you and your key holders to inform you about the activation.
  • This level of emergency alarm monitoring corresponds to the Police Level 1 of monitored response.

Service and Maintenance

Your ADT monitored home protection system is fully serviced and maintained by our professionally trained engineers. We offer standard and comprehensive options to best suit your needs.

 The Standard Service and Maintenance option benefits include:

  • 24-hour technical support from the Service Bureau
  • Emergency call-out 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • 12 month warranty for additionally fitted equipment
  • Routine inspection and maintenance visits relevant to your monitoring level
  • Self system reset
