Reporting

Our reporting is an fully automated Management Information tool that monitors ADT fire and security systems across multi-site facilities, it documents all associated calls and response activity, and then reports on progress from the previous 24 hours.

The uniqueness and flexibility of this system means that the FM Wrap can report on the following data.

• 

  All open calls with updated status

  Completed calls

  Response time to completed calls

  Time of call (working hours)

  Out of working hours calls (before 8:30am and after 5pm)

  Cause of call

  Number of calls to a particular site

• Through experience of working with Facilities Management companies, we realise the huge importance of accurate data reporting. The systems and tools at our disposal allow us to accurately navigate where call outs are being placed, manage KPI’s, including our own, and provide follow on reports from engineer visits.
