  • FM PDA

    When you place a call, or you need an engineer, its nice to know the resource is there.  With over 2,000 professional engineers across the UK ADT are always there!

     

    Technolgy investments in a PDAs for all our engineers now mean we are able to provide  the very latest  contract information to our FM customers.  When an engineer completes a job we can have that report straight through to you. No more waiting for information or even chasing it down!

  • We operate our own 24 Hour Alarm Receiving Centre. When there is an emergency call, or a signal received, rest assured it is a full trained ADT member of staff who will respond.  In addition, part of the ARC is a FM helpdesk, so there is always a member of staff who understands your business, no more going through the automated phone black hole!

  •  Did you know that ADT alone, can provide online support to users of our Galaxy intruder alarm systems through remote routine inspections.  When there is an urgent fault that requires an immediate fix, what better tool to utilise. This will keep the KPI’s on target.  Also as we aim to reduce our carbon footprint, one of the Routine inspections can also be done, through our service centre in Manchester removing the need for a physical visit.
