The aim of the graduate development scheme is to develop individuals who really want to progress through ADT. Whilst you will be learning a great deal as part of your day to day job, we will support this with a comprehensive development programme incorporating sales and product knowledge and core skill development.

This will help guide you through any challenges that you may face:

Managers
Your manager will be responsible for your day to day development. They will have regular review meetings with you to ensure that your targets and objectives are being met, and they will be involved in your training and development.

Graduate Programme Manager
You will have a dedicated Graduate Programme Manager who will help guide your career and development and offer support and guidance along the way.

Graduate Buddy
This will be a graduate who is already on the scheme who can offer informal advice, or just act as a sounding board on any queries and issues you may have; after all they have most likely already faced whatever you are going through!
