As the market leader we use the latest available technology.We will only need to visit your premises once per year to carry out this inspection as we will also carry out one inspection via our advanced remote monitoring centre.

 

Physical Maintenance Visit

We will also visit you in person once a year to check the alarm system is fully operational, visually inspect major components for signs of damage or deterioration and monitor equipment performance.  With the largest network of trained service engineers in UK – 1,100 engineers – we are always local to you and available 24 hours a day should you need us.

What Do We Check in a RRI?

  • Your alarm panel is working correctly including set/unset confirmation
  • Your detection devices are functioning correctly
  • All signalling via your telephone line is fully operational
  • Evidence of faults or tampering of your system
  • All circuits are checked for correct operation – this includes infrequently used zones such as panic buttons which will be fully checked by a walk test during your physical inspection
  • Your power supply is in full working order
  • You will receive verification that the above elements have been checked
