All ADT monitored home security systems are fully serviced and maintained by our professionally trained engineers and we now offer either Remote Engineering Support (RES). 

What is Remote Support?

The RES feature is an interactive telephone link between the alarm and our 24 hour Service Bureau that means that over 85% of calls can be dealt with by telephone without the need of an engineer visit; saving you time, effort and worry.

Maintenance Options

We offer two maintenance options; standard and comprehensive. 

Benefits of the enhanced Comprehensive cover include:  

  • 24-hour customer support from our Service Bureau
  • Free emergency on site call-out 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (parts and labour)
  • Remote engineering support (RES) and system resets 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Two routine maintenance inspections per annum (one remotely if system capable)
  • Free fitting of replacement parts as a result of normal wear and tear
  • Free software operating systems upgrades
  • 12 month warranty for additionally fitted parts

The Standard option includes:

  • 24-hour technical support from the service bureau including remote engineering support
  • Emergency call-out 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (chargeable)
  • Two routine maintenance inspections per annum, repairs and parts not included (one remotely if system capable)
  • 12 month warranty for additionally fitted equipment
  • Self system reset
