ADT Introduces Optical Smoke, Carbon Monoxide and Heat Detection Combined in One Device

The 3oTec works by digitally transmitting data of smoke, heat and gas conditions from its sensors to the control panel’s powerful fire algorithms. These algorithms can determine the relationship and values between each medium to quickly confirm or reject individual events as being a real fire or a false alarm.

The 3oTec can operate in single- or multi-mode, with the parameters for each sensor set at commissioning, depending on the application or environment.
