ADT Home Security - BT redcare

BT redcare is an alarm monitoring service which provides an alert if your BT telephone line is cut. It provides extra levels of protection for you and your property and removes the requirement for a dedicated telephone line. If you have not specified redcare monitoring, it can be added to your system.

In the event of a fault with your BT telephone line, BT provides a standard care service plan and will respond to faults during normal working hours. We recommend that you take out BT's total care cover under which they will attend to a fault at all times. BT's current terms and conditions will apply.
