The ADT's Alarm Receiving Centre is the UK's number 1 security monitoring centre and has the operational ability to provide a 24-hour monitoring function. Customer's access to the web-based service allows viewing an incident history and making instant changes to the unit set up. Monitored communication systems provide the following advantages:
