What happens in the event of an alarm activation?
When your alarm is triggered, our alarm receiving centre will be informed. Depending on the response option you opt for, we then inform you and your keyholders, the police, or even a private security company based on your level of cover.
Our alarm receiving centre will also inform you if a fault is detected on your system, for example, a power cut or any detected tampering of the system.
