We’ve made it simple for you to stay connected to your property. Combined with the ADT Smart Services app, you can record and watch live footage of your home, from wherever you are. Two-way audio is also available via the app to see and hear who’s at the other end of the camera.

Can I purchase an indoor camera without an ADT Smart Home alarm system?
Home alarm system, rather than as a standalone product. We believe that monitoring your alarm system is crucial to reliable home security; that’s why we offer full-scale solutions to keep your home safe.

What other ADT devices are compatible?
Each product we offer makes up part of our ADT Smart Home solution, so your camera will work seamlessly with our video doorbells and smart plugs.
How do I view my live and saved footage?
Live footage from your indoor camera can be viewed via a phone, tablet or laptop with the ADT Smart Services app. Each month, your ADT account has a maximum number of clips that can be stored; the number of clips is determined by the number of video devices you have:
- 1 device = 1,000 clips
- 2 devices = 2,000 clips
- 3 devices – 3,000 clips
Will turning off Wi-Fi disable the camera?
Yes, the camera requires Wi-Fi to connect to your alarm system and app.
Can I connect my security camera to my phone without Wi-Fi?
The ADT indoor camera requires Wi-Fi for you to connect to it; we’d recommend a minimum upload speed of 1.5Mbps. However, even if your connection goes down, the camera will continue to signal the ADT alarm centre if anything happens.
How can I hide the camera inside my home?
Our indoor cameras are designed to be unobtrusive and discreet. Place yours on a high shelf, or mount it strategically onto the ceiling or wall, to keep it out of eyeline. With a 113° field-of-view that you can flexibly move to your preferred line of sight, you can be confident the entire room is covered wherever your camera is positioned.
