During the visit, we’ll identify all entry points, blind spots, and security & safety needs, to help us design a tailored solution for you. Our recommendations will address any concerns you’ve disclosed and tackle risks unique to your property, but we won’t sell you anything you don’t need – our sales staff’s commission isn’t linked to the equipment you choose.

This is how we share our personalised recommendations following your home consultation. The pack we provide will include an itemised quote, drawings of your new system and where the parts will sit within your floorplan, plus your maintenance and monitoring contract. You’re still under no obligation, so you can think things over at your pace, and we’ll be here to answer any questions as and when.

We will also introduce you to the ADT Smart Services App, with which you can manage your security system from your computer, tablet or smartphone. Depending on the technology included in your solution, you’ll be able to set or unset your alarm, watch footage, receive alerts and even turns lights on and off to make it appear like you are home – wherever you are in the world.

All ADT plans include 24/7/365 monitoring as standard, so you can rest assured that any suspicious activity will be flagged to you immediately. We also offer extra layers of protection to suit your needs, from alerting a family member or neighbour to enlisting support from a private security guard or the police as part of our additional monitoring plans. We’re there for you every step of the way.

As well as our guarantee that your alarm will never go unanswered, daily checks ensure that your system is always in working order. Should any technical faults arise, we’ll likely fix them remotely before you even notice a problem, but if we can’t, you’re entitled to our 24-hour engineer callout service – all included in your plan. Accidental damage, expired parts and labour are covered, too, for as long as you have a subscription with us. No hidden fees.
