ADT Back to School Offer Terms and Conditions

1. ADT’s Back To School promotion entitles new customers only to either a free video doorbell or smart camera install when purchasing a monitored and maintained smart home alarm system.
2. Monitoring and maintenance fees still apply on the chosen free device.
3. This promotion is valid from 1st September 2026 until midday on 31st December 2026. Any enquiries made after will not be eligible and will be quoted on standard ADT pricing.
4. Enquiries must come via the GET A FREE QUOTE form on adt.co.uk or by calling the number on the website.
5. All new customers who enquire between the 1st September 2026 until midday on 31st December 2026 will be offered an in-person appointment or phone appointment with one of our sales consultants.
6. In-person appointments are subject to availability and will be booked on a first-come first-served basis.
7. Appointments must be sat, and quotations supplied by 5pm on 31st December 2026.
8. ADT’s Back To School promotion will be honoured to all quotations for 30 days from the date of quoting, providing customers meet the conditions of this offer. After 30 days installation costs on the camera and or video doorbell will be applied as standard.
9. ADT video devices suitability is subject to minimum upload speed 1.5Mbps for the outdoor camera and 2Mbps for the video doorbell.
10. New customers will enter a 36-month contract. Full ADT terms and conditions apply. 
11. All prices include VAT.
12. This offer is only available to UK residents aged 18 and above.
13. This offer is not available to business owners or existing ADT home or business customers.
14. This offer is not available across smart camera only and CCTV solutions.
15. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
