ADT Rewards Terms & Conditions

Be in with a chance to be rewarded with one of 7 pairs of tickets to see Peter Kay at the O2 Arena on Wednesday 30th August 2023 for being a valued ADT customer.

1. The company unless stated otherwise is ADT Fire & Security Plc, whose registered office is at ADT Fire and Security plc, Security House, The Summit, Hanworth Road Sunbury-on-Thames, Middlesex TW16 5DB
2. The reward is one pair of seven pairs of tickets to see Peter Kay at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday the 30th of August 2023
3. To be eligible for the reward you must be a current customer of ADT Fire & Security Plc with an active contract at the time of the event (Wednesday 30th August).
4. Any customers that go on to cancel their contract up to and including the 30th of August will not be eligible for the reward and the tickets will be reallocated to another entrant.
5. You must have downloaded and registered for ADT’s customer service and account management app MyADT by the 31st of July 2023 at 23:59
6. If as part of the MyADT registration process, an OTP (one-time passcode) has been issued, providing it has been initiated by the 31st of July 2023 you will still be eligible for the reward.
7. Entry to the reward will open the week commencing the 3rd of July for all current ADT customers, further follow-up emails will take place throughout the month to remind existing customers and allow new customers to enter the reward throughout the month of July.
8. On 1st August 2023, all registered MyADT users will be contacted via email to express an interest in attending and to enter the reward.
9. Route to entry will require users to enter their name, email address, telephone number and ADT contract number into an online form included in an email sent from ADT on the 1st of August 2023.
10. Entry to the reward closes on Sunday 6th August 2023 at 23:59
11. Participants will be selected at random on Monday 7th of August 2023 and the successful entrants will be informed by email or phone using the details provided in the online form.
12. ADT will attempt to contact the successful participants 3 times on Monday 7th August 2023, if the selected participants are uncontactable during that time period, ADT reserves the right to re-draw another entrant.
13. Only one entry per ADT account/contract. Multiple entrants will not count. 
14. This reward is only open to ADT customers that are UK residents aged 18 years or over.
15. No cash alternative to the reward will be offered. The reward is not transferable and cannot be passed on to friends, relatives or others. This reward is only available to the account holder and a plus one of their choosing.
16. The reward is tickets only, transport or travel is not included.
17. All selected entrants need to download the O2 app.
18. Tickets will be issued through the O2 app.
19. On the night identification will be required to enter the O2 Arena VIP Suite, any tickets that have been resold or gifted away will not be eligible for entry
20. By entering this ADT Fire & Security Plc reward you agree to have your name, details and photo published online and contacted in the future with updates on products and services.
