As part of our Zero Harm policy, we kindly ask our customers:

To make sure the property is safe to enter

To move large pieces of furniture prior to our engineer’s arrival - our engineers are not responsible for this

If building work is taking place at your property, please let us know in advance in case we need to rearrange our visit

To be aware that our dummy boxes and outdoor cameras cannot be installed above a flat roof, on cladding or at a height above 3 metres
