ADT customers can now choose to register for Scheduled Fire Alarm Testing. We simply set up tests to occur on the weekly day and time of your choice. We’ll even send text reminders and confirmation of the tests, as well as keeping full records for compliance purposes.

Telephone assisted fire alarm testing

ADT also offer telephone assisted fire alarm testing, an automated line specially designated for fire alarm testing, meaning you bypass any phone queues.

We’d always strongly recommend opting for scheduled fire alarm testing to ensure your business is meeting its legal fire safety requirements. However, this additional option is ideal when businesses need to put fire alarm systems on test outside the weekly scheduled period, for example when maintenance work needs to be carried out at the premises.
